At Travelocademy, we strive to ensure that our students have a rewarding learning experience. We understand that sometimes, plans change and you might need to cancel your enrollment. This policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations and refunds for both our online and offline training programs.

Cancellation Policy
Notification:

To cancel your enrollment, please notify us via email at info@travelocademy.com at least 14 days before the course commencement date.

Processing Time:

Cancellations will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the request.

Late Cancellation:

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course starts may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy
Eligibility:

Refunds are only available for cancellations made within the specified time frame as per our cancellation policy.

Refund Amount:

- More than 14 days before the course starts: 100% refund.

- 7 to 14 days before the course starts: 75%refund.

- Less than 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund will be processed

Processing Fee:

Please note that a 2% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 30 working days.

Exceptions

Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
